Why Solar Pro

The sun sends a refund every month.

Your roof already catches the sunlight. We turn it into lower bills, quiet energy independence, and a home worth more the moment the panels go on.

Run the numbers
01

Cut the bill, not the comfort

Lock in a lower rate for the next 25 years. Most homeowners offset 80–90% of their electric bill from the very first sunny day.

Up to 90% less
02

Own your power

Add a battery and keep the lights on when the grid goes down — no noisy generator, no gas cans, no drama in the driveway.

Outage-proof
03

Add real home value

Solar homes sell faster and appraise higher. Clean energy is the upgrade buyers can see from the curb and feel in the first bill.

Most Solar Pro systems land between $18,000 and $28,000 before incentives, depending on size, roof complexity, and battery add-ons. Through a $0-down PPA, many homeowners start saving from month one; cash purchases are also available.

Federal rules changed in 2026: the residential tax credit is no longer available to homeowners, while available federal incentives may be reflected in third-party-owned PPA pricing. State, utility, and net-metering programs vary by territory. We model every current credit and rate plan in your proposal, then handle the interconnection paperwork.

Yes. Panels still produce on overcast days, just at a lower rate, and net metering banks your daytime surplus for evening use. Add a battery if you want backup power during outages — or if your utility’s rates spike after sunset.

Design takes about a week. Permitting and interconnection typically run two to five weeks, depending on your city and utility. Installation itself is one to two days, and permission to operate usually arrives within a few weeks after inspection.

Not necessarily. We inspect your roof during the site study. If it has less than five years of life left, replacing it now is usually smarter than paying to remove and reinstall panels later. We can bundle roofing and solar into one project.

Very little. Rain handles most dust, and our monitoring flags underperformance before you’d notice it. We include an annual check-up, cover panels under a 25-year warranty, and cover workmanship for 10 years.
